Directions to Cassano Health Center:

From the North:

Take Southbound I-75 to the Third Street Exit (left exit ramp). 

At the bottom of the ramp, turn right and follow the signs to Third Street.

Turn right onto West Third Street and continue across the bridge.

Turn left onto Edwin C. Moses Blvd and continue until you get to the Cassano Health Center.

It is on the right at 165 Edwin C. Moses Blvd, (pink Building) at the

 Germantown Rd. intersection.

From the South:

Take I-75 North toward Dayton to the Edwin C. Moses Blvd exit.

Turn RIGHT off the exit.

Follow Edwin C. Moses Blvd. for 1.8 miles to the Germantown Road intersection.

Cassano Health Center is on the left at 165 Edwin C. Moses Blvd (pink Building).
