Broiled or Grilled Fruit Dessert

For each stone fruit (apricots, peaches, plums or nectarines) mix together:

1 teaspoon oil of melted butter

1 teaspoon Honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Whisk together all ingredients. Split fruit and remove pit. Dip cut side of each into mixture and place face up for broiling or face down for grilling. 

If broiling, spoon remaining mix into center. 

Grill over medium high heat or broil at 450 degrees until bubbly and slightly browned.

For a nice dessert, fill the still-warm center with vanilla or ginger or your favorite ice cream.
