Ginger-Lime Mayo

½ cup Mayonnaise (use low cal if desired)

2 t Minced Ginger

1 clove garlic

2 t pickle relish

2 t lime juice

¼ t salt

* Mix all ingredients

 

Totals can be reduced further by using egg whites in burger mix instead of yolks, and a reduced sodium teriyaki, and sear the burgers in a fry pan and then finished them on a rack in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. I brush on the teriyaki-honey glaze just prior to putting them in the oven. I also reduced the salt listed in the recipe by 1/2 because of the salt in the teriyaki. Because of the flavor of the burgers, the extra salt could probably be reduced all together.
