Oven Dried Tomato Sandwich

 

10 oz. Tomatoes, cored and dried

1 1/4 pounds Cream Cheese (lite)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1.4 oz. Basil

3 bunches Arugala

2 baguettes of bread; your choice

 

Core the tomatoes, slice them approx. 1/4 thick and place slices in a 225 degree oven to dry; approximately 3 hours.

Chop oven dried tomatoes. 

 

Mix with Cream Cheese & seasonings. Spread on bottom of baguette. Place top of baguette on spread and cut into 5 pieces.
