Walnut & Yogurt Basil Pesto   

(6  -  2.5 oz. Servings)

 
8 oz. Plain Nonfat Yogurt
2 cups, Basil leaves
2 cloves Garlic
½ cup Toasted Walnuts
2 T Olive Oil
 
Combine all ingredients in a blender or processor
and process until smooth.
 
Toss pesto with cooked pasta and serve with Parmesan Cheese.

 

Pesto can also be used to marinate meats or chicken or
used as a dip for veggies.
